Compassionate Psychiatric Care During Reentry

Veridi Psychiatry provides accessible, trauma-informed mental health care for individuals who are justice-involved or transitioning from incarceration back into the community. We recognize that reentry can bring significant emotional, psychiatric, and practical challenges, particularly when access to medications and consistent mental health care has been interrupted.

Services may include:

• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

• Medication management and psychiatric medication continuity

• Assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health conditions

• Trauma-informed psychiatric care

• Suicide and safety risk assessment

• Assistance identifying ongoing mental health and community resources

• Coordination of care with other healthcare providers when appropriate

• Individual psychotherapy when clinically appropriate

Our goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can address their mental health needs, rebuild stability, and move forward with greater clarity and support.

For individuals who meet program criteria, Veridi Psychiatry may offer services on a pro bono or reduced-cost basis.
