During your 60-minute initial psychiatric evaluation, we assess your symptoms and how biology, brain function, and environment affect your mental health. We review evidence-based treatments and create a personalized treatment plan. Follow-ups are 30 minutes, tailored to track progress and adjust care as needed.

We offer comprehensive laboratory testing to help clarify the connection between medical and mental health concerns. Once results are available, we review them together, discuss personalized treatment options, and support you in feeling your best. We also provide genetic testing to help guide psychiatric medication choices and reduce trial-and-error prescribing.

We provide evidence-based, personalized medication management, made collaboratively with attention to effectiveness and well-being. When appropriate, we integrate therapeutic support and emphasize psychotherapy as part of comprehensive care.
